I have been looking for decent clothespins for many years. I LOVE hanging laundry but was so disgusted with flimsy, weak clothespins that could barely hold a hanky in calm weather! I started searching and found THE BEST CLOTHESPINS EVER! They hold jeans, bedspreads, down comforters, and much more. They are rugged, made in USA, and very handsome. If you balk at the price - just think lifetime!

The clothes pins were beautifully made from maple and coated with a protective barrier. We love them and they are 5x the size of the ones made in China. They are a huge improvement over the Chinese ones and we love them so much we purchased a woven basket made in Peterboro, NH to carry and store them. We love to buy American since the quality of the items are 1000000 x superior to foreign garbage and we like to support our fellow Americans regardless of who is in the White House. We have tried to buy everything made by USA for many years now. Keep up the great work.

I love the quality and craftsmanship of the maple wood clothes pins, and this is the second time I've ordered them. I was so tired of seeing the cheap, tiny, made in China clothes pins that we find in every store. They just don't do the job! I searched online for the real thing and found these. Order them and you'll see what I mean - they'll last forever. Plus I'd rather pay more and support USA craftsmanship.

The Lady and the Carpenter clothes pins (I ordered the oiled ones) are not only very high quality and sturdy, they are made in America. I could not love them any more. Thank you for offering them. I also bought some at their website, thus spreading the wealth and joy! Thank you!

It was a very disappointing to find that all of the Maine clothespin manufacturers outsourced to China. Very glad to find something that actually works, esp. the beefy springs. These things are not going to fall apart or crack in UV light like the plastic ones. Thanks! If I knew anyone else who hung their clothes out, I would recommend them. All my friends use dryers, though.

My supply of quality American made clothespins was starting to get a little thin. Buying the cheap Chicom junk left me extremely frustrated but not surprised. I checked online to see if there were any high quality American 'pins available and lo and behold I stumbled onto your site. Praise be!! Wow! what a difference in quality. The clothespins that I ordered, has been nothing but short to say ,if your looking for a clothespin that doesn't snap out at the hinges, well made, then buy!!! I will be ordering more as I threw out all the ones made in china . I love these. Keep up the excellent work!!

As a daughter of a carpenter, I have long had an appreciation of wood, from the scent of newly sawn planks to the smoothness of a sanded item. When I opened my package of clothespins I was pleasantly reminded by the aroma. They are very nice, with a smooth finish, and the spring tension is going to give me a workout every time I hang the wash, which is a good unexpected benefit. I'm looking forward to using them.

My family and I use clothespins all the time, and the ones you make and sell are the best available. We love them, and will be purchasing more soon. How happy I was to find these available online, and made in America, too. Thanks so much for offering such a fine product for sale! Unfortunately, the clothes pins offered for sale in stores and online are almost exclusively sub-par, and not worth buying.

I gave less than five stars on the price because I'm always up for paying less for more. I could have gotten two or three packages of clothespins from the local Dollar General but sent you all money instead because I wanted some GOOD clothes pins like those left to me by my Grandma. I LOVE them! When ever I get enough money left in my account I hope to buy more from you. Eventually that clothes wringer and possibly an umbrella style drying rack.

I really like the drying rack. In fact, I am going to order a second one. The clothespins are beautiful and well made. I have not put up the clothesline yet but it is vey heavy and seems well made. Very happy with my purchase!

I bought the clothespins and the laundry basket. The clothespins are much sturdier than your average wood & spring clothespin, with thick and smooth wood parts and a spring that has at least twice as many coils. The laundry basket doesn't look as if it will hold a large load of laundry - but it does without issue. Only thing is, the bottom edges are a little too square for comfort when you set the basket on your hip.

I had bought a excellent umbrella clothesline, american made and wanted some american made clothespins. I ordered 3 pkgs of 24 and found them to be of excellent quality. The springs are strong and really grip well on the line. The only drawback is that I didn't buy enough pins as my large capacity clothesline can hold 2 full loads of laundry... I will be getting more for sure. I believe in buying quality things, you generally get what you pay for. These pins are worth every penny.

I am very happy with the small umbrella clothesline that I bought. The quality is excellent. I love the clothespins and bought two large orders. The pins are larger than the ones commonly found in the store and they are easier to use and are also excellent quality.

After having clothes pins snap in half again 5 times while trying to hang out my clothes, I did an online hunt for heave duty clothes pins and found this link. They are excellent! I've told several of my friends about these clothes pins. They are well worth the money and wait to get them. I've tried "heavy duty" ones from Amazon and they are the ones that caused my frustration. I cannot say enough about how great these are. I will be replacing all of my pins with these.

The wonderful pins are very expensive compared to mass produced clothes pins, but there is no comparison as far as the quality goes! These pins completely blow them away! After seeing the quality in these hand made pins you realize you are getting what you paid for! You will continue to get your money worth for years to come! I literally spent hours searching the internet for pins of this quality and they did not disappoint! Great product by an admirable company! Part of the reason for my choosing to go with them was how much I loved what this family is striving to do! I wish all the best blessings to this family run company!

These are beautiful products. It feels good to be supporting a family owned business that makes such good useful old fashioned products. On a lark I ordered the clothes pins to add to my collection. Now, when I reach in to grab a clothes pin out of my bag and I get one of my new ones, it has such a distinctive nice big feel to it! It is the little things in life that sparkle!

This was my second order from BestDryingRack.com. I was so happy with my first set of clothespins that I ordered more. We purchased the clothespins for ourselves and my parents, who have always complained that "nothing is as good as the old clothespins from Maine." I really wanted clothespins that were made in the USA, not in China. I use them for all sorts of things around the house, including, but not limited to drying clothes. It was a little tough to find clothespins made in the USA that weren't totally outrageously priced or out-of-stock. These are still a bit expensive, but well worth the investment if you want something quality and made proudly by a small company. The clothespins are very good quality, strong, and look really nice to boot. I'm very happy with my purchase and I love supporting family businesses here in the US.
