I bought the small umbrella clothesline for my daughter-in-law. My son said was easy setup and they use almost everyday. Good quality and price. Ordering was easy. I had been looking online for awhile for an clothesline umbrella. When ready to actually purchase one, I stumbled across your site. I'm extremely pleased with the quality; most other options I looked at online appeared of lower quality and often didn't have a great amount satisfaction from purchasers (per online reviews). I bought the small umbrella and love it. It's very sturdy, doesn't lean, and is made of high quality materials all-around.

I love my new drying rack. I had looked at several similar products before purchasing this one and none of the competition came close to the quality and workmanship. I am grateful for sun drying as a sustainable practice to help our environment and future. Getting that sun kissed smell of freshness in my clothes is an extra bonus that can't be beat. I also like that I could support a local company. Remember local isn't so much about distance, as it is relationships.

I have been using this type of clothes dryer for many years and this is by far the very best that I have ever had. It is well made and easy to set up and take down. I also bought the cover for it. I will definitely recommend this to my friends. In fact, I have been showing it off to my friends! And they have been impressed.

I was close to ordering an aluminum umbrella clothesline when an internet search lead me to your site. Made in the USA was the first draw, followed by an order soon after. Delivery by FedEx is another positive (have rec'd too many damaged pkgs from others). The only negative thing I can say would be that my order was delivered on Tuesday and I had to wait until Saturday to put it up. It is everything and more than is described on your website. Thank you for making a high-quality product.

Purchased cover for large clothes dryer. Totally satisfied with all customer service. I have some concerns with the cover because the snaps have spaces that will allow the weather to enter and damage the wood. I use my dryer several times every week all year around and I always keep the cover on when not in use. The previous cover did not have snaps and had a tie to secure it. However, the new cover is a much better quality of material. I would suggest possibly putting additional snaps on future product to keep the weather out. I am using all purpose ties to keep mine more secure to protect the wood especially from the elements.

Great drying rack. It's really helping us cut down our electricity usage and we love the feel of clothes hung out in the fresh air. The rack is way sturdier than cheaper options, which we have tried before. Well worth the extra cash!

We're happy with all aspects of our new clothesline--appearance in our yard, size (we opted for smaller one and it is great), ease of lifting out and storing, as well as setting up. Thanks, it's a great product, not at all like I remember the old umbrella-type aluminum one that I had way back. It feels good to be using less electricity--which is immediately noticeable on the bill.

I purchased the large umbrella clothesline and I absolutely love it! It's built strong, easy to install, and has lots of room for all our loads of laundry. FedEx damaged, taped, and delivered the box with missing parts. I contacted the Best Drying Rack company and received excellent service! Greg Baka was quick to respond, extremely nice, and sent me the missing parts right away. Without a doubt, I recommend this product and company with excellent service. Thank you very much! I found the set up instructions difficult to understand, but finally figured it out. It really didn't take that long, even after scratching my noggin, and was up soon enough. As I wrote one week after install; we experienced a 6+ earthquake and my clothesline remained standing. :-)

We purchased the small umbrella clothes line. I was a bit scared not knowing how well it was made and the price being higher than the local home store, but when it arrive I was extremely happy. My husband and I thought it was very easy to install and extremely well made. (made in America and it shows). The lines are extremely well spaced, not close together like other umbrella poles which you have to use every 3rd line to keep good air circulation. As promised, can fit 3 loads of wash on the line (depending on what you want to hang out), it is just right for the two of us. I would recommend this product to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

Never used this style clothes line before, but it worked best for the space in my new home, and I am pleased with it. I usually put two large loads on it and I have room to spare, so I can do some better spacing. I do think the number of loads advertised is overstating. I got this late in the outdoor drying season so have limited experience, but I expect to be happy with it. Installation was easy. We didn't use cement; will see how it holds up. Also bought the cover and find it easy enough to use every time.

The sight, ordering process, delivery process, installation instructions, etc, were well done. It is a quality product. The thing we like best is that the drying rack can be removed and replaced in the yard easily for mowing, etc. I do wish I had ordered the smaller size, however. I over-estimated the drying space that I would need. Very good product! I expect it will last for many years!

After 11 years of being unable to dry my clothes outdoors I was so happy to have found your website and to order your wonderful drying rack. The rack was so easy to install and believe it or not I look forward to laundry day. There is something soothing about taking the time to pin clothes on a line and to smell that fresh outdoorsy smell when I take them in. I love hanging my clothes out in the sunshine. I don't have space for a permanent line and the cheaper aluminum umbrella clotheslines were lasting only a couple of years. The last one I ordered from Amazon broke within a few weeks of use. I could not be more delighted with my heavy duty (but I can still move it if I have to) clothesline! It is even strong enough to hold my scatter rugs! I highly recommend this line to any sun lover out there! I called to ask questions and I was thrilled to get a real person who understood my frustrations!

The Drying Rack is great. It holds 4 large loads of laundry and folds nicely away when not in use. The only issue we had was trying to adjust it to a proper height. Once we found a solution, it works beautifully.

After extensive comparison I chose the small umbrella clothesline because I can buy replacement parts; it is manufactured in the USA; and it is modestly priced. I could not have been more pleased with the entire experience. This product is so sturdy that with modest maintenance it is unlikely that it will ever need replacement. My wife loves it!

The bolts from conduit brace to wood arms were to short to engage nylon locking ring in the locking nut and would always come loose. I had to change out bolts for ones that were a half inch longer and have had no problem since

The Small Umbrella Clothesline is really more than adequate in size for our now “empty nest” family of two. We also purchased the cover which has had little use because the clothesline itself is so often serving its purpose. I was delighted by the quick delivery time, the ease of installation (OK - that was most likely because my husband did it), and the rare pleasure of purchasing a product made in the USA. Being the very satisfied owner of a Best Drying Rack, I expected another quality product from this company, and that is exactly what was, again, provided. These products are WELL worth the cost, and I recommend them at every opportunity.

We love our new clothes line. Although we purchased the smaller model, it still holds three loads of laundry, including sheets and pillow cases. The installation was very easy and I love that it turns easily so that we can follow the sun. We also purchased the cover so that when it is collapsed and covered it is not an eyesore in the yard. We plan to purchase the small, wooden, collapsable rack for our stepdaughter who lives in a apartment. Great quality.

I loved my drying rack. I received the smaller version very quickly, I think it shipped out the next day. The quality was very good. We use it daily and it is a great product and drys a huge amount of laundry. The one negative, emailed a question twice and never received a response.

Love my BestDryingRack. My husband has it in the deck so is easy to use. Only thing that caused confusion is that the widget that gets the umbrella all upright and tight comes in at an angle. I love hanging my laundry on the line for 3 reasons: it's good for the environment, it is easier on the clothes, and it makes the clothes smell so good! My clothes dryer is in great shape, but I want to use it only when necessary because of weather. This clothes drying rack is QUALITY. It should last me as long as I need it. PS - I also ordered and received the cover.

I have wanted an outdoor drying rack for years. I read and researched and finally decided to buy one from your company. Installation was relatively easy although our soil is primarily clay. Hanging laundry is much easier because you can stand in one place and rotate system a quarter turn to fill each section. Thank you for this quality product and your A-plus customer service. Also, I recommend buying the cover and using the suggested PVC pipe for easy covering.

I love the overall design. I would have ordered the smaller one if I had known I could not lift it by myself. It is even difficult for my husband, although a little WD-40 sprayed onto pole helps to get it up.

The clothes line was of very high quality and relatively easy to install - my husband chose to add some cement to the hole and it is rock solid. We live in an area with wind and he thought it was a good idea to have the added strength. The clothes line is very sturdy and the lines are taunt so easy to hang clothes on. Excellent quality. I bought it because it is made in the USA. Thanks.

Wanting to save energy and support American productivity I purchased the large drying rack. It was delivered expeditiously and well packaged. Constructed like a tank, it is fully assembled and stationing was a cinch. I can hang all of my laundry and still have room for more. I actually have mine on my deck, in an large flower pot filled with cement, so convenient and quite calming. I don't think you will regret purchasing yourself one.

Great service! My clothes line came with no issues. I have a back yard that has a lot of wind that goes through it. I love the freshness that the smell and feel from drying outside. This rack really is large enough to hold 4-5 loads from a front loader. The space between the lines is large enough to dry all the clothes. Also, it is easy to bring the drying in when I have folks over. Love the item

Because we are in a very windy area my husband did cement the base into the ground. As advertised the dryer was easy to set up. I am very glad we purchased the larger dryer! It certainly does hold king size bedding but, more importantly, the lines are spaced far enough apart to allow me to stand between lines when I add items on shorter lines while bedding hangs on long lines. The ease with which the dryer spins means that I do not have to keep walking around the dryer but can spin the dryer to the position I want. The ability to adjust the height of the lines of the dryer was also important. I am extremely pleased with the outdoor dryer and highly recommend the dryer to anyone values outdoor drying as much as I do!

Delivery was slow, no fault of yours, the weather was bad. The umbrella clothes line is wonderful, so much better than the cheap, imported one that I had. There is plenty of room on the lines for clothes and linens and towels and plenty of room between the lines for air flow.

My last umbrella type drying rack lasted 40 years. I bought it for my mother and 20 years ago when she could no longer hang laundry I took it home to use. It was left up all year long but this year we had a very heavy wet snow in early March and the unit collapsed from the weight of the snow. As I looked through the local "Big Box" stores all I could find was cheaply made items and my experience with those from 25 years ago was not pleasant. I searched the internet and came across the Best Drying Rack. It sounded perfect. I have always used an umbrella drying rack with parallel lines, so I didn't know how I would like the Best Drying Rack configuration, but I was willing to give it a try. The unit arrived well packaged and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. It was a snug fit getting the center post together and the holes for the pin didn't quite line up. A couple taps with a hammer on a scrap piece of 2x4 to protect the post and everything went into place quite snugly and I was able to get the pin in. I hung a load of laundry the following day and I enjoyed watching how the top would easily turn allowing the laundry to catch the breeze and quickly dry. I love the unit and would certainly recommend it to others, unfortunately most people I know prefer an electric drier... but I keep trying to make converts.

I am so in LOVE with my clothesline... we purchased the large one since we have a king size bed.. I put it together following the very simple instructions and even put it in the ground by myself.. we also purchased the cover.. LOVE LOVE LOVE it.. I am telling everyone I know that if they want an EXCELLENT Product made here in the USA buy from ya'll. We purchased the large clothes line, and were pleased so far, we do have some concerns as far as re stringing it but I will cross that bridge when I need to. I called customer service and explained that while installing the PVC tube in the ground we placed the black end cap on the wrong end, I was hoping they would offer to send me one but instead he suggested I buy one at the hardware store, did not care for that answer.

This drying rack is great. I can fit about 1 and a 1/2 loads of laundry on it. I was unable to fit the pole in an existing hole in my patio so I stuck the PVC pipe in a metal bucket with concrete. Then I had to cut 8 inches off the bottem pipe because of it being so tall. It holds up really nice now. Other then having to make my own adjustments, it went up pretty easy. I'm very happy with it.

I just used my clothesline for the first time and have to say, I LOVE IT!! I ordered the smaller size since our children are mostly grown and gone but I just put 2 loads of clothes on it! I haven't tried it yet for sheets but I don't see a problem. I love that we can take it down when we have family and friends over for cookouts. One word of advice though...get the cover. I thought I'd just make one but I haven't and now I'm regretting not just paying the extra for a cover. Makes it easier to leave it up when not in use and for storage when taken down so the lines don't get tangled. Ours hasn't but we are careful with it.

The shopping experience on BestDryingRack.com was fine - a user-friendly site with no problems. I had a technical question about the Drying Rack before ordering and called BDR. I am so happy with my BestDryingRack!! I previously used the typical T post w/4 lines; however, we recently moved from Penna to Tennessee and I decided to find a product like yours. I found you via googling and boy am I glad I did!! First time use I did 3 loads of regular laundry for 2 people for one week, bed clothing, including 1 blanket and 1 comforter and I still had 3 lines left open and literally ran out of clothes pins!! Thought was high until I got it set up with Husband. The clotheline was more than we expected in quality, sure this will last quite a long time compared to the cheaper one we got at Home Depot a couple of times. My purchase arrived promptly and in good condition. Installation was simple. We did choose to use concrete because we get very high winds. I am favorably impressed with the quality of the parts and the workmanship. It's sturdy and well put together. I particularly like being able to tighten the line as it relaxes over time.

Excited about the clothesline. Expandable high-res photos would be nice (there are tons of website lightbox utilities out there), and I didn't see anything that said the cover was waterproof, so I didn't order one. My father-in-law makes boat covers, so I'll probably have him make a sturdy waterproof cover for me.

Sorry it too so long to provide feedback. The Winter just would not end and finally I was able to install the small (9') Sunshine Clothesline in my yard. First of all Purchasing it through your website was easy, delivery fast, quality is amazing and it is made in the USA. Installing can't get any easier. We are so impressed with it. I could hardley wait to hang my first load of laundry. The quality is excellent. We bought a different one a year ago and actually paid more money and was very disappointed. This drying line is wonderful. We started hanging our clothes about a year ago and saved $600 on our utilities a year doing so. I hang my clothing till they are almost dry...throw them in the dryer for 10-15 mins and just like they had been in the dryer the entire time. I do this for my husbands work clothing....and I must add the we bought the cover also and wow the quality was impressive....thank you so much...

I love the smell of fresh clean clothes dried outdoors. I got the big outside umbrella clothesline and I LOVE it. I can line dry outside 99% of the time if I time laundry day just right so it's nice to have one big enough that I can wait a few weeks for the weather to turn if I need to. I think the site says you can fit 4 loads of clothes on it, but I'm more around three. Probably cause I only wash when I have a large load. I hang my down blankets out to air ever couple months and hang them on the tallest line and never have any trouble with them coming close to the ground. There is so much room on the lines that air flow is great. I think I've had it for 3 or so years and I've never brought it inside or had to tighten the ropes, or is there any wear on the wood or metal. You'd think the wood would be showing some wear by now, but so far the stain is holding nicely! Also it was super easy to set up and it turns so you can stand in one place if you wanted to.
