I was so pleased to find a plastic-free, made in the USA product to suit my needs. It was delivered promptly and in perfect condition. I use the drying rack for my wool and cashmere sweaters and the length and thickness of the arms is perfect for most items. It is quite sturdy and I am certain it will last. I am very happy with my purchase.

I purchased the tripod clothes drying rack and more of the wonderful wooden clothespins. I love them all! The drying rack is great for larger and bulkier items - after I was ill, I washed my king-sized down comforter and put it outside and it dried beautifully. If you close it up for storage, it can be a bit top-heavy, but once I figured that out, I found a good spot for it where nothing will knock it over. The clothespins are the absolute best and I use them on a drying rack for smaller items.

My dryer quit on me and a new one was not in the budget, so I searched for a good sturdy drying rack for indoors to get us though the soggy winters out here near Seattle. I had used the usual types before, but found they weren't great for dealing with heavy or large bits of bedding and towels. When I saw the Amish made rack I knew I'd found my solution. Ordering was easy, and the rack arrived in a timely fashion with good email notifications to keep me up to date on my order's progress. When it arrived, I was amazed and thrilled at how it came totally assembled and ready to set up. It's really amazing how you just slide it out of the box and it stands itself up! Then you just pull up and out on each spoke and voila! Large top area for spreading out heavier items and 16 arms to hang from is whatever configuration you need! It's very well built and easy to manage, and when you don't need it, it's simple to just reduce it back to it's shipped size. It seemed to be a bit more expensive, but unlike the typical drying racks, this one is made to last a lifetime.

This indoor drying rack is exactly what I wanted. It holds a load of laundry and is very sturdy. No tipping over. The craftsmanship and design are top notch. Plus it folds up very small when not in use. I'll be using it to dry my herbs also. I'm buying another one as a house warning gift..

The drying rack is fine for it purpose. However, it's not as sturdy as I would like and when I go to put it away it's cumbersome because the legs do not want to stay. It would be great if it had a case it could fit into for storage.

This was a gift for a friend of ours that dries herbs. She was overjoyed with the product, as the one that she was using did not have the longer arms and it was not sturdy. She get twice the amount of herbs on this was then she did on her old one that broke. Making drying time a lot less. We tell everyone that see it were we ordered it from and how satisfied we are with it.

I recently purchased the round drying rack. It works great, I usually have it in the garage, but I did try putting it outside. We always have a breeze or wind since we live on a hill and it did blow over, but with that said it works great in the garage. I am looking forward to being able to line dry my towels this winter instead of using the dryer.

I love my drying rack. I was most impressed however by the excellent customer service working with Greg. My order was delayed with FedEx shipping. I contacted Greg and in 2 days I had a reshipped, properly packaged rack from the company. Back to the rack, it is beautiful, and functional. I recently retired after 45 years of psychiatric nursing. I ordered the floor standing tall rack so I could dry sheets in my living room. It arrived promptly and very well packaged, and was so easy to figure out that I hardly needed the instructions. And what a pleasure it is to use! The maple is smooth as satin on all surfaces, and the arrangement and height made it easy to get whole washloads and more onto the rack during a week of rain, using the many possibilities for distributing sheets, clothing, towels, and more among the sturdy horizontal rods. And oh, yes, the price was more than reasonable. I looked at many racks of this kind and read dozens of reviews and the combination of price and quality at Best Drying Rack was by far the most appealing. I'm so glad I found BestDryingRack.com. We are enjoying the wooden umbrella rack. It holds a lot of clothes and requires no electricity! My husband says he wishes the bars were rounded to be a little more gentle on the clothes (rather than square). But I can tell we will use it for years. For knits it is possible you may get a funny shape. I suggested he sand down the wood to his liking but he didn't seem interested.

I used a circular best drying rack in a sun room for 10 years, a marvelous tool envied by friends. Had to leave it behind, moving to another state. Re-ordered and found the new drying rack to be even better, tweaked and improved. Was so impressed that a next-door relative and I have gone in together to order the outdoor umbrella drying rack, to do our part, easing up demand on the energy grid. The manual washing machine is really not worth the money charged for it. It works decent on clothes that aren't really dirty, but if anything has any sediment on it, it will be distributed on everything else in the load. For the same price, I bought a good electric washing machine intended for rv's. Next, the indoor drying rack I bought works great. My only complaint about it was that the wood is raw unfinished maple. I don't think wet clothes on raw wood is a good combination (moisture makes wood rot quicker), so I coated the wood with clear coat. It made the grain of the maple show up nicely, making it look good while being functional too. In short, don't waste your money on the manual washing machine, but the indoor drying rack is worth it with a small modification.

The drying rack looks fantastic and seems very durable. I'm happy that we have a product that will last forever and can be repaired versus replaced. The USA made clothing pins have also been wonderful! Compared to the cheap ones they are night and day different. The USA ones hold so much more weight and are so much more durable! It's worth the money to have solid, well built products that can be fixed.

Buying process very easy and overall the product is excellent and just what I needed for my laundry room. The design is genius. I love that I can stand at the washer and hang everything without moving around at all. Makes quick work since I live in the laundry room with two little kids. A couple of minor nitpicks or improvements: 1) a grip on the tripod legs to help keep the rack in place (I have slippery floor), 2) make it spin a little easier (I have to push down sometimes to get it to turn), and 3) wood could be a bit smoother for delicates like synthetics and silk. Still hands down the best drying rack I have found.

I am delighted with my beautiful drying rack. What I like best is that it's made in USA and has no plastic parts. It folds up to a manageable size, opens up to a generous size, and is light enough for me to move around at will. I love that it's made from clean, raw wood. We needed a better drying rack. The others we have fall all the time. We came across the bestdryingrack.com site and said lets give this one a try. Purchasing and shipping went great and before we knew it our rack was at the front door. It was pretty easy to figure out and when my wife loaded it up we were like wow. This thing is great. During the winter drying clothes can be difficult this clothes dryer really helps make the chore easier.
