Unlike the cheap imported umbrella clotheslines found at department stores, our clothesline will last for decades. Imported models are thin aluminum with riveted connections and are not repairable. Ours is made of steel and wood, with bolted connections, and all parts are available if you ever need them.

Closing your umbrella clothesline when not in use will free up your yard space, and prevent rope stretching.

We had one of those light weight umbrella clothes dryers, but it broke one
windy day and could not be fixed. Your clothesline is built like a tank! I doubt
it will ever break. I really like that it is big enough to hang a blanket. Next
paycheck I will a cover for it. First I wanted to see if it really opened and
closed easy first, it does.
