For items used INSIDE the continental United States:
We are very proud of our laundry products and we guarantee them to perform properly. If you are not satisfied with the construction or function of your item please contact us for a repair, replacement, or refund.

Each item carries a different guarantee that is listed below. Detailed guarantee and warranty information is shipped with the individual products.

  1. Portable Clothes Drying Racks:
    • 90 day Warranty for damaged or defective items.
    • 30 day Full Refund if it doesn't perform as advertised.
  2. Umbrella Clotheslines:
    • 1 year Warranty for damaged or defective items.
    • 30 day Full Refund if it doesn't perform as advertised.
  3. Laundry Washing Items:
    • 90 day Warranty for damaged or defective items.
    • 30 day Full Refund if it doesn't perform as advertised.
  4. If you just change your mind and wish to return an un-used item:
    • Contact us for assistance. Be sure to save the shipping cartons.
    • You will be responsible for shipping costs to you and back to us.

For items used OUTSIDE the continental United States:
Due to the complexity and high costs of shipping items outside the continental US (such as Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, etc) we do not offer any guarantee or warranty in these regions. All sales to these regions are final and as-is.

Our Commitment to Your Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, the following notice explains the information we collect, how it is used, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any concerns.

We do not rent, sell or trade our customer's names, email addresses of personal information. The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to periodic company news, updates, and/or related product or service information.

Credit Cards are processed by a secure third party (Authorize.net and our Merchant Bank) and we do not see your complete credit card information unless you call in to place an order. When you pay through PayPal, your account details are never seen by the merchant. Your financial information stays safe.

DoubleClick: We use Google Analytics remarketing codes to log when users view specific pages or take specific actions on a website. This also allows us to provide targeted advertising in the future. If you do not wish to receive this type of advertising from us in the future you can opt out using the DoubleClick opt-out page or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

Legal Disclosure: We may disclose your information if necessary to protect our legal rights or if the information relates to actual or threatened harmful conduct. Disclosure will occur if required by law, or if we receive legal process.

 

Payment and Shipping Policy

Accepted Methods of Payment

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. We also accept Paypal. We can accept money orders and personal checks by mail, with a 3-day hold for the check to clear.

Shipping Methods

Within the continental United States:   (including APO and FPO addresses)
Free Shipping is offered for orders with an item total over $50.00 going to a continental USA address. If the item total is under $50, then there will be a flat shipping fee of $5.00

We will ship your order via either FedEx or Priority Mail - based on which is less expensive. Shipping time varies by your location. Most customers should expect a 5 business day or less delivery time.

Outside the continental United States:   (AK, HI, Canada, UK, NZ, etc)
Due to the complexity of shipping outside* the continental US, we have engaged the package forwarding service Shipville to handle this type of shipment.   Click here to learn how this is done.
*International customers who have items shipped to their own package holding or forwarding service within the continental US border can use our regular checkout system, and do not need to use Shipville.

Items Damaged in Shipping

Please do not be alarmed if the shipping carton is damaged. This sometimes happens, but the item inside is rarely damaged. Before refusing shipment, please inspect the item and you will usually find it is in fine condition.
If your item is damaged in shipping, please call or email us and we will arrange for return and replacement.
