How do I calculate shipping costs?
For your convenience we calculated UPS Ground shipping rates to your state from our
location in Columbia, Missouri so you can easily find your appropriate shipping cost. Please

Can you ship internationally?
For international orders please contact us to make personalized arrangements.
Do you offer replacement parts?
Yes. Best Drying Rack is fully repairable. Simply contact us and we will help determine the
appropriate part and send you a replacement.
If I’m ordering as a gift, will you ship to a secondary location?
Yes. During the checkout process you can enter both a ‘billing address’ and a ‘shipping
address’. Those two addresses do not need to be the same location. Simply enter the address
for the gift’s recipient into the ‘shipping address’ fields.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
We make personalized arrangements for each inquiry. We do not maintain a formalized
distributor or bulk order pricing plan, but we are always willing to learn about your needs and
develop a solution whenever possible. Please contact us if you would like to discuss your
inquiry.
Do you sell in any stores in my area?
We don’t have a formal dealership network. In select cases we do sell to small vendors who
operate at local farmers market or boutique stores, but unfortunately we don’t currently
maintain a listing of these locations. While we always encourage our customers to support
local businesses whenever possible, please consider making your purchase directly through
our website. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, so you are welcome to return the
product if it does not meet your expectations.
Can I use your rack outdoors as well?
The Best Drying Rack is stable and durable enough to work outside perfectly. The maple
hardwood and zinc-coated steel parts are designed to offer a degree of weather resistance.
Obviously extreme weather conditions may result in damage or tipping, but we trust that you
won’t be air drying your clothing in those situations. We do NOT recommend that you leave
your rack outdoors when not in use or when rain is expected.
How much weight can your rack hold?
We can’t give you an exact weight because it depends on how clothing items are hung on the
rack. We feel comfortable hanging several pairs of damp blue jeans, coats, sweaters, or
bedding. But we are always conscientious when loading the rack to avoid straining it

Does your rack require any maintenance?
There are very few points on the rack that will suffer from significant wear and tear under
normal usage. Our clothes drying rack is designed to last you for several decades, so
periodically you may want to wipe it down and apply Tung oil on the Maple hardwood pieces.
None of the metal elements should require lubrication. Contact us if you have specific
questions about your rack.

The sources online or in your local bookstore are always changing, but we try to maintain a
